Job summary

Target in Kansas is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to create engaging displays and uphold Visual Standards store-wide. You will plan daily/weekly workloads, complete visual assessments, and support ISM initiatives to boost guest satisfaction and sales.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in visual merchandising, a high school diploma, and strong teamwork. Flexibility for nights/weekends and physical aspects of the role is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of visual merchandising experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work with store teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily/weekly visual workloads with leadership guidance.
• Assess visuals and ensure alignment with company standards across the store.
• Support ISM initiatives and create inspiring visual moments to drive sales.
• Greet guests, assist team members, and maintain safe, organized displays.
