Target in Springfield, Oregon is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to ensure displays meet our standards and enhance the guest experience. You will lead daily/weekly visual planning and partner with store leaders to deliver inspiring presentations that support sales goals.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of visual merchandising experience, with the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Plan daily/weekly visual workload with leadership guidance.
• Execute weekly visual assessments to improve store presentation.
• Maintain visual standards and fixtures across the store.
• Support and implement the company Visual Merchandising strategy and ISM elements.
• Assist in onboarding and training to uphold visual standards.
