Job summary

Target is seeking a Visual Merchandiser in Carmel, Indiana to maintain and elevate in-store visuals aligning with company standards and campaigns. This role involves planning, executing, and assessing visual merchandising across departments to drive guest engagement and sales.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily/weekly visual workload with leadership guidance to meet sales goals.
• Execute weekly visual assessments to improve store presentation and guest experience.
• Ensure visual standards are implemented across the store and ISM elements.
• Support and validate all visual presentations in the store with leaders.
• Set overhead lighting to highlight key merchandising displays.
• Collaborate with leaders to resolve visual merchandising issues.
