Job summary

H&M is seeking a Visual Merchandiser in Pleasanton to implement visual standards and drive commercial excellence. You will curate visuals, align with global campaigns, and coach store teams to deliver an inspiring customer experience on the sales floor.

The role involves planning workload with Store Management, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring proper stock and display maintenance in accordance with Brand Guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to omni customer experience through visual and commercial curation.
• Represent the H&M Brand positively during customer interactions.
• Plan workload according to store activation plan with Store Management and Area Visual Manager.
• Launch and maintain global campaigns and sale activities on time.
• Ensure garment care, stock levels, and assist in allocation input.
• Follow KPIs, identify visual and commercial opportunities with Store Management.
• Drive actions to increase customer satisfaction to reach sales targets and budget.
• Maintain OMNI procedures, operations, and safety across the store.
