Job summary

H&M is seeking a Visual Merchandiser in Livermore, CA to ensure visual and commercial standards across the store. You will train and coach colleagues, translate trend insights into in-store presentation, and collaborate with store management to deliver a compelling customer experience.

You’ll manage visual execution, plan activations, and support campaigns while maintaining stock, price signs, and showroom aesthetics in line with global guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Organise and plan workload according to store activation plan with Store Management and Area Visual Manager.
• Launch and maintain campaigns and sale activities on time according to Brand Standards.
• Coach and develop store team visual and commercial skills to ensure high quality presentation.
• Execute visual and commercial curation and styling for the store following mood boards and guidelines.
• Maintain store visuals, price signs, and display forms to align with global strategy.
