The role requires strong color theory, typography, and Adobe Creative Suite skills, plus the ability to analyze sales data and consumer behavior to inform display strategies. This is an on-site position in Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising or related field in retail.
• Strong understanding of color theory, design principles, and typography.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to analyze sales data and consumer behavior to inform display strategies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• 18 years or older and flexible hours.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create visually appealing displays that tell stories and enhance guest experience.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for product launches and seasonal events.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate merchandising initiatives across stores.
• Ensure merchandising aligns with promotional campaigns.
• Audit visual merchandising standards in stores.
• Coach store employees on best practices for maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain merchandise displays, signage, and window displays.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitors.
• Maintain a neat, friendly demeanor; ensure a safe sales area.
• Oversee store setup with stocked bins, shelves, displays.
• Perform computerized inventory in APTOS.
• Enforce Six Flags New England policies.
• Perform other duties as required.
