Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising or related field in retail encouraged.
• Solid understanding of color theory, design principles, and typography.
• Proficient with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to read sales data and consumer behavior to guide displays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• 18 years or older and able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Proficient English communication (read, speak, understand).
• Capable of physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting as needed.
