Six Flags New England is seeking a Creative Visual Merchandiser to craft compelling store displays and elevate the guest shopping experience. You will partner with store management and marketing to align visuals with brand guidelines, analyze trends, and drive sales while building brand loyalty.

You will oversee signage, displays, inventory, and cross-store merchandising across campaigns, ensuring consistency and high presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising or related retail field.
• Strong understanding of color theory, design principles, and typography.
• Excellent visual design skills, with proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to interpret sales data and consumer behavior to inform display strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• 18 years or older; willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and to meet physical job demands such as standing and lifting.

• Ensuring signage and window displays are maintained and updated.
• Staying updated with industry trends to innovate and improve visual merchandising.
• Maintaining a friendly demeanor and safe, clean sales area.
• Overseeing store setup; stocking bins, shelves, and displays; using computerized inventory systems.
