Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum experience in visual merchandise display, facility layout and lighting.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English sufficiently to follow policies and interact with guests.

Responsibilities

• Research lifestyle and design trends relevant to target audience.
• Collaborate with management, marketing and buying teams to develop display themes and color schemes.
• Sketch designs and develop floor plans for displays.
• Source materials, props, fixtures, and lighting.
• Install and dismantle displays; train staff on display upkeep.
• Prepare visual merchandise packs and ensure displays convey a consistent image.
• Maintain department communication with managers and handle special projects as assigned.
