Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in retail store visual merchandising, preferably in home furnishings.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• Regularly lift objects over 50 lbs. with or without accommodation.
• Associate degree in interior design, merchandising, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain reliable attendance.
• Thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement a visual merchandising strategy that supports sales goals.
• Coordinate layouts for furniture, lighting, and accessories under Visual Leadership.
• Remerchandise displays, signage, POS, and areas to maximize sell-through.
• Maintain store appearance and recover areas as needed.
• Coordinate product tagging, showroom placement, and bi-annual inventory.
