Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to enhance shopability and guest experience across our Kansas City store. You will install window displays, plan layouts with leadership, rotate product, and uphold Buckle’s visual guidelines.

The role requires a two-year degree or equivalent, 6 months to 1 year related experience, and a customer-service focus. You will work a flexible schedule including peak shopping days and holidays.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Six months to one year related experience and/or training.
• Demonstrated ability to handle visual merchandising and guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Install and remove window displays and store promotions in a timely manner.
• Plan store layouts and design flow with leadership.
• Communicate with leadership to improve sales presentation and product rotation.
• Educate Buckle leadership on visual strategies and store standards.
• Assist guests and teammates as needed.
• Be flexible with work hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
