Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Visual Merchandiser in Green Bay, WI, to enhance the shopping experience through compelling store visuals and effective presentation of products. You will work with leadership to plan layouts, rotate merchandise, and support promotional events while maintaining brand guidelines.

The role requires the ability to adapt to a flexible schedule (including peak shopping times) and a focus on guest service. Training and benefits follow company policy.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising and store presentation strategies.
• Customer service oriented with ability to engage Guests.
• Comfort with using in-store tech like iPad and point-of-sale tools.
• Team player with ability to follow guidelines and policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely installation and removal of window presentations and store promotions, including prepping props and supporting visual direction.
• Collaborate with store leadership to plan layouts, product rotation, and markdown placement.
• Communicate with leadership to drive better business results.
• Explain visual strategies and rationale to Buckle leadership.
• Show urgency in getting new product to the floor.
• Assist Guests and Teammates as needed.
• Understand Sales Presentation, Register and iPad usage to help Guests; maintain flexible schedule.
• Report policy violations and concerns to Store/ District Managers or HR promptly.
• Adhere to Buckle Code of Ethics and company policies.
• Fulfill mission with high customer service and positive teamwork.
• Contribute to special projects and other duties as assigned.
