A typical day includes executing campaigns, maintaining displays, coaching colleagues, and collaborating with store management to meet sales targets and uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to omni-channel customer experience with visual/merchandising curation.
• Represent the H&M brand positively in customer interactions.
• Plan workload according to activation plans with Store Management and Area Visual Manager.
• Launch and maintain global campaigns and sale activities per Brand Standards.
• Ensure garment care, stock levels, and contribute to allocation input.
• Follow up on KPIs and identify visual and commercial opportunities.
• Coach store team to achieve high-quality product presentation and customer service.
