Job summary

Belk in Ridgeland, MS is hiring a Merchandising Team Associate. This hourly role focuses on creating attractive merchandise presentations aligned with brand standards, setting promotional signage, and executing price changes.

You will work closely with operations to process deliveries and prepare new product for the sales floor. You will enhance the in-store customer experience by greeting customers, assisting during peak times, and supporting store operations.
