Job summary

Kesslers Diamonds in Wisconsin seeks a Visual Merchandiser to design and install elegant displays, blending creativity with operational execution across multiple stores.

You will travel regularly to Wisconsin and Michigan, collaborate with Marketing and Operations, and stay current on luxury retail trends while elevating the client experience.

This role offers hands-on design, a strong vendor liaison, and opportunities to influence seasonal campaigns and store aesthetics across locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of visual merchandising experience, preferably in luxury, specialty, or multi-location retail environments.
• Strong design instincts and a passion for creating beautiful, engaging displays.
• Understanding of luxury branding and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, source, create, and install elegant in-store and window displays across multiple locations.
• Travel regularly to stores throughout Wisconsin and Michigan to maintain and refresh displays.
• Partner with Marketing and Operations to support promotions, seasonal campaigns, and new product launches.
• Create merchandising experiences that maximize the sparkle, beauty, and appeal of fine jewelry.
• Conduct store visits to evaluate display effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate rollout plans, timelines, and priorities for visual merchandising projects.
• Manage display materials, fixtures, and inventory.

What You'll Do

As our Visual Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for creating visually stunning environments that elevate the Kesslers Diamonds brand and inspire our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design, source, create, and install elegant in-store and window displays across multiple locations
• Travel regularly to stores throughout Wisconsin and Michigan to maintain and refresh displays
• Partner closely with Marketing and Operations to support promotions, seasonal campaigns, and new product launches
• Create merchandising experiences that maximize the sparkle, beauty, and appeal of fine jewelry
• Conduct store visits to evaluate display effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
• Coordinate rollout plans, timelines, and priorities for visual merchandising projects
• Manage display materials, fixtures, and inventory
• Serve as the primary liaison with our visual merchandising vendor
• Stay current on luxury retail trends, visual design concepts, and innovative merchandising techniques

• Excellent project management, organization, and time management skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
