Job summary

Kesslers Diamonds is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to create luxury jewelry displays across multiple locations. This role involves travel across Wisconsin and Michigan to install and refresh displays, working closely with Marketing and Operations on campaigns and product launches.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in visual merchandising, preferably in luxury retail, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Create experiences that maximize sparkle and appeal of fine jewelry.
• Visit stores to evaluate display effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Coordinate with visual merchandising vendor.

What You'll Do

As our Visual Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for creating visually stunning environments that elevate the Kesslers Diamonds brand and inspire our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design, source, create, and install elegant in-store and window displays across multiple locations
• Travel regularly to stores throughout Wisconsin and Michigan to maintain and refresh displays
• Partner closely with Marketing and Operations to support promotions, seasonal campaigns, and new product launches
• Create merchandising experiences that maximize the sparkle, beauty, and appeal of fine jewelry
• Conduct store visits to evaluate display effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
• Serve as the primary liaison with our visual merchandising vendor
