It is the responsibility of the Visual Merchandiser to uphold the brand image and values of Peter Millar & G/FORE throughout North America. You will work closely with the Retail Team to develop strategic plans for store visits, enhancing customer experience, highlighting top products, and building store associate confidence. Specialty projects like US Open, Chicago Collective, and Raleigh Showroom are key to our visual storytelling and standards, which must be maintained to attract current and future clients.

Essential Functions

• Ensure merchandise layout follows company standards and is displayed in an organized manner
• Collaborate with the Retail Team and senior leadership to highlight seasonal products
• Manage travel schedules to complete projects timely
• Plan store layouts emphasizing color flow, mannequin placement, and fixtures for seasonal collections
• Train store associates in visual merchandising standards and seasonal updates
• Maintain a clean and organized office showroom display
• Problem-solve onsite to adapt clothing displays to store designs
