Responsibilities:
  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Comply with the itinerary of visits according to the work plan, ensuring daily evidence of stores visited, and register entry and exit through the DATA PROM application.
  3. Load and unload merchandise, remove items from the warehouse, and stock shelves.
  4. Arrange shelves, execute planograms (maintenance, order, cleaning, rearrangement, frontage).
  5. Place store orders from own Cedis, manage inventories, and ensure system and physical stock match.
  6. Communicate prices and signage accurately.
  7. Additional Responsibilities:
  8. Negotiate for additional shelf space, promotional displays, and preferential locations.
  9. Support promotional activities, including placement of POP and promotional materials.
  10. Report on predefined KPIs.
  11. Monitor competitor activities such as promotions and new product launches.
  12. Clarify customer doubts about the category, acting as a seller when needed.
Qualifications:
  1. Professional Experience and Education:
  2. High school diploma or equivalent.
  3. At least 1 year of experience in sales or related field.
  4. Valid driver's license.
  5. Specific Knowledge:
  6. Good understanding of trade structures and sales-force management.
  7. Basic knowledge of P&L statements and financial key figures.
  8. Strong understanding of local trade, customers, and competitors.
