Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the specialty retail industry.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Understand company visual merchandising standards and concepts.
• Collaborate on floor sets, window display planning, and inventory replenishment.
• Be the sales supervisor and oversee daily activities as scheduled by management.
• Provide relevant performance feedback to the management team.
