Job summary

Banda Group International is seeking a Visual Media Production Specialist in the United States (New Mexico). Position Summary

The Visual Media Specialist is responsible for researching, producing, and delivering high-quality digital photography and videography that supports the Laboratory's training, promotional, documentation, and communication needs. This hybrid, as‑needed position serves as the primary point of contact for photographic and videographic services, collaborating with internal customers to assess project requirements and develop effective visual media solutions. The Visual Media Specialist advises customers on media policies and best practices while independently managing projects from concept through completion. Working under limited supervision, this position exercises sound judgment to resolve complex challenges and ensure high‑quality deliverables that support organizational objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Produce professional digital photography and videography for training, promotional, documentation, and other official Laboratory purposes.
  • Consult with customers to assess project needs, develop visual media concepts, and recommend appropriate solutions.

Required Qualifications
