COS in Chicago is seeking a Visual Keyholder to elevate the in-store customer journey with expert styling and a strong visual direction. You will interpret sales data to inform the store's visuals and design impactful displays aligned with seasonal trends and brand identity.

The role focuses on styling, merchandising, and mentoring team members to uphold high visual standards while supporting daily store operations and delivering a memorable customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Skilled in executing brand visual guidelines for window displays, mannequins, and in-store presentation.
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends, silhouettes, and seasonal styling for compelling displays.
  • Ability to use KPIs, sales data, and customer feedback to inform visual merchandising decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer experience through styling advice and a visually compelling store environment.
  • Interpret sales data and customer insights to inform the store's visual direction.
  • Design and install impactful window displays reflecting seasonal trends and brand identity.
  • Style mannequins and create outfits to inspire customer purchasing decisions.
  • Merchandise the shop floor in line with company guidelines for cohesive presentation.
  • Support sales team in daily store operations for a seamless experience.
  • Set and maintain high visual merchandising standards and mentor team members.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring visuals contribute to a memorable customer journey.

As a Visual Keyholder, you play a pivotal role in shaping an exceptional in-store customer journey. With a keen eye for aesthetics and a strong commercial mindset, you bring thebrand’svision to life—elevating the collection in a way that is both inspiring and aligned with business goals. Your work not only enhances the visual appeal of the store but also drives customer engagement and sales performance.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Delivering an excellentcustomer experience through expert styling advice, deep product knowledge, and a visually compelling store environment
  • Interpreting sales data and customer insights to inform and execute the store’s visual direction
  • Designing and installing impactful window displays that reflect seasonal trends and brand identity
  • Styling mannequins and creating outfit combinations that inspire and influence customerpurchasingdecisions
  • Merchandising the shop floor in alignment with company guidelines to ensure a cohesive and commercial presentation
  • Supporting the sales team in daily store operations and contributing to a seamless customer experience
  • Setting andmaintaininghigh visual merchandising standards, while training and mentoring team members to uphold consistency
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, ensuring every visual element contributes to a memorable and engaging customer journey
Qualifications

  • Fashion Knowledge: Strong understanding of current fashion trends, silhouettes, and seasonal styling, with a passion for translating them into compelling visual displays.
  • Commercial Awareness:Some experiencein using KPIs, sales data, and customer feedback to inform visual merchandising decisions and drive store performance.
  • CommunicationYou have a genuine interest in people, communicate clearly, and actively listen to understand their perspectives and needs.
  • Adaptability & Flexibility: Adaptable and responsive to changing priorities and customer requests.

Additional Information
  • This is afull-timeposition with a contract of 32-40hours a week.
  • Compensation: $23.54- $26.48
