Job Title: Quality Inspector

Job Summary:

The Quality Inspector checks parts to make sure they meet our standards. They use various tools, keep their workspace clean, and report any issues or results accurately. They also support our company's quality system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Inspection Duties: Check parts using tools like microscopes, calipers, and gauges.

2. Workstation Maintenance:

   • Keep your work area tidy and organized.

3. Reporting:

   • Record quantities, scrap, and time accurately on all required forms.

4. Quality Management System Support:

   • Follow our company's quality guidelines and help maintain high standards.

Requirements:

1. Tool Use:

   • Know how to use various measuring tools correctly.

2. Communication Skills:

   • Be able to speak and write clearly and effectively.

3. Physical Stamina:

   • Be able to sit or stand for long periods.

4. Flexibility:

   • Be willing to work outside normal hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.

5. Reading Skills:

   • Be able to read and understand written instructions.

6. Training:

   • Complete all required training as per our company's guidelines.

Work Environment/Physical Requirements:

1. Physical Activity:

   • Be able to move around, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds.
