Job summary

Playboy is seeking a Visual Editor in Miami Beach to lead production and art direction across print, Playboy.com, social media, brand partnerships, and experiential activations. You will work with the Art Director to realize the brand vision and manage shoots, licensing, and on-set coordination.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on production experience, a strong visual eye, and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on production experience including shoot planning and logistics.
• Experience commissioning photography and illustration from briefs to delivery.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist Art Director in realizing Playboy’s visual identity across platforms.
• Develop and execute visual concepts for editorial shoots and branded content.
• Coordinate pre-production logistics: location scouting, call sheets, equipment, crew, talent and budgets.
• Oversee on-set coordination with photographers, stylists, hair/makeup, and talent.
• Coordinate post-production: select delivery, retouching direction, asset handoff to editorial and design teams.
• Maintain relationships with photographers, illustrators, agents, and creative partners.
