Job summary

J.Crew is seeking a Visual Associate to curate an inviting store environment with attention to detail. You will craft compelling window displays and merchandise layouts to engage customers and support team learning of presentation standards both in front of house and back of house.

You will work with management on product placement, maintain daily floor readiness, and ensure backstock is organized. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.
