Qualifications

• No disciplinary action for Quality, Productivity or Behavior in last 12 months.
• Willing to cross-train across departments and adjust shifts as production needs.
• Excellent communication skills; clear written and verbal instructions.
• Strong facilitation and ability to teach individuals or small groups.
• Satisfactory attendance and safety records.
• Must have held training role for at least 12 months in prior 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Train and Certify: progress employees through qualification and certification and provide performance feedback.
• Training Program Support: create/revise modules and evaluations; design criteria for certification.
• Employee support and audits: maintain records, conduct evaluations and audits; stay current on techniques.
• Maintain a harassment/discrimination-free environment and support safe work practices.
