Job Summary

Sharecare, a developer of immersive 3D software, mobile applications, and a revolutionary medical visualization product, is seeking a highly experienced, motivated, and knowledgeable Graphic Designer to create interactive graphical elements used in mobile interface design, web interfaces, branding, and to support our team of artists and developers with elegant design concepts under the direction of our Art Director in our Sharecare Reality Lab studio.

Essential Job Functions

• Create multiple iterations of UI/UX designs for consideration during product development.
• Design and incorporate feedback from the director.
• Create programmer-ready assets for interactive purposes.
• Make creative decisions while maintaining client and director specifications.
• Provide mockups for our team of artists and programmers with design ideas.
• Interpret storyboard ideas from our medical experts and scientists and create UI/UX designs in Unity that enhance the visuals of our projects.
• Report to the Art Director and team on overall project progress during weekly reviews.
• Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and dedication.
• Help maintain a positive, collaborative work environment in the studio.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience creating UI/UX for mobile or tablet applications or games.
• Proficiency with computer graphics software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Painter, and Figma.
• 3-5+ years of experience with 3D software and motion graphics software like Maya, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, or similar.
• 3-5+ years of experience designing UI/UX with Unity3D.
• Ability to multitask across multiple projects at different stages.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaborative work ethic and spirit.
• Creative self-starter, self-managed, highly motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Artistic sensibility, technical skills, problem-solving ability, receptive to critique, attentive to detail, deadline-oriented, flexible, and capable of managing multiple projects.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to visually interpret others' ideas.
• Up-to-date with latest design trends and industry restrictions.
• Interest in mobile and interactive applications.
• HTML5 knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with UI/UX design for Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, or Console game development is a plus.
• Experience with UI motion design is a major plus.
• Interest in science, biology, anatomy, and a desire to help others understand it is essential.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
