KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own design work and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
• Manage digital assets from conception to delivery, including banners, ebooks, presentations, infographics, websites, and video storyboards
• Prepare and package files for clients and market use
• Deliver high-quality work on time and to specifications
• Communicate regularly with project owners about progress and challenges
• Provide technical input to ensure high-quality output
• Maintain brand consistency across marketing projects

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 5 years of visual design experience in a creative advertising agency
• Proven experience creating digital assets such as websites, branding, presentations, infographics, and social banners
• Track record of producing high-value visual assets
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and seek help when needed
• Strong understanding of design principles for web, print, and video
• Advanced skills in Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Excellent design sense and quick iteration skills
• Ability to research and develop innovative and relevant design concepts
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and proactive
• Strong presentation skills for internal reviews
• Ability to produce original assets for final content
• Curiosity and passion for design and culture
• Proficiency in illustration, visualization, typography, and layout
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with storyboarding for video and creating e-books and whitepapers is a plus
