Job Summary

Sharecare, a developer of immersive 3D software, mobile applications, and a revolutionary medical visualization product, is seeking a highly experienced, motivated, and knowledgeable Graphic Designer. The role involves creating interactive graphical elements for mobile interfaces, web interfaces, branding, and supporting our team of artists and developers with elegant design concepts under the direction of our Art Director in the Sharecare Reality Lab studio.

Interest in science, health, anatomy, and a desire to help communicate concepts visually are essential. Sharecare is a stable and expanding global company and industry leader in a sector gaining mainstream attention.

Essential Job Functions

• Create multiple iterations of UI/UX designs for consideration during product development.
• Design and incorporate director feedback.
• Create programmer-ready assets for interactive purposes.
• Make creative decisions while maintaining client and director specifications.
• Provide mockups for artists and programmers with design ideas.
• Interpret storyboard ideas from medical experts and scientists to create UI/UX designs in Unity that enhance project visuals.
• Report progress during weekly art reviews and meetings.
• Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and dedication.
• Help maintain a positive, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years experience creating UI/UX for mobile or tablet applications.
• Proficiency in computer graphics software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Painter, Microsoft Office, Figma).
• 3-5+ years experience with 3D and motion graphics software (e.g., Maya, After Effects, Premiere).
• 3-5+ years experience designing UI/UX with Unity3D.
• Ability to multitask across projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative work ethic and spirit.
• Creative self-starter, self-managed, motivated, detail-oriented.
• Strong artistic sensibility, technical skills, problem-solving ability, receptive to critique, deadline-oriented.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret others' ideas visually.
• Up-to-date with design trends and industry standards.
• Interest in mobile and interactive applications.
• Knowledge of HTML5 is a plus.
• Experience with UI/UX design for AR, VR, or console gaming is a plus.
• Experience with UI motion design is a major plus.
• Interest in science, biology, anatomy, and educational communication is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
