Trava Health is seeking a Visual Designer to join a fast-paced team where speed matters but quality remains paramount. You will shape paid media assets, design high-conversion web pages, and evolve our brand visuals across channels to drive engagement and growth.

You will collaborate with copywriters, product teams, and developers to deliver scalable, high-fidelity design solutions that align with user insights and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of design experience with a relevant visual portfolio.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, Fine Art, Architecture or related field.
• Strong grasp of composition, color, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Figma; knowledge of Framer is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design Paid & Performance Creative for paid media and marketing initiatives.
• Shape Website & Digital Touchpoints with responsive web design and A/B testing insights.
• Evolve Brand & Visual Systems across touchpoints and campaigns.
• Collaborate with copywriters, product teams, and developers to ensure high-fidelity designs.
• Turn rough concepts into polished, compelling visual solutions.
