Job summary

Visa Creative Studio is seeking a Senior Designer to join our global team, blending brand storytelling with performance-driven design to drive conversions while building long-term equity.

You’ll craft assets across CRM, lifecycle, paid media, and campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and help evolve design systems and workflows. Experience in advertising and in-house teams is valued, with a strong portfolio and proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in digital, brand, or lifecycle marketing design (agency, studio, or in-house).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating advertising and design fundamentals across lifecycle channels.
• BFA/BA or equivalent related experience.
• Proficiency in email, direct mail, social, and digital marketing best practices.
• Strong project management skills with cross-functional coordination and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work fast on tight timelines and independently when needed.
• Experience designing across mediums and creating cohesive systems across touchpoints.
• Confident presenting and defending design decisions to senior stakeholders; strong partnership and influence skills.
• Champion of brand standards and guidelines.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; PowerPoint proficiency required.
• AI fluency—experience integrating AI-powered tools into design workflows.
• Experience with HTML email templates; HTML proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative that balances brand storytelling and growth performance across CRM, lifecycle, paid media, and campaigns.
• Create conversion-focused assets while maintaining alignment with Visa brand standards and design systems.
• Collaborate with program managers, strategists, and copywriters to turn insights into impactful creative.
• Experiment with new formats, storytelling techniques, and AI-enabled workflows to improve speed, scalability, and craft.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in brand and growth design to evolve our creative impact.
