Job summary

Vastian is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to own the visual execution of our brand across client-facing materials. You will translate complex healthcare concepts into clean visuals that resonate with leaders in labs and hospitals, working closely with marketing and subject matter experts.

You will design digital ads, sales collateral, website visuals, and presentation decks, ensuring brand consistency.

Qualifications

2–5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Strong presentation design skills with experience creating compelling sales decks in PowerPoint.
Portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, layout design, and brand consistency.
Experience with or willingness to learn Webflow for website design.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to brand standards.
Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines without compromising quality.
Excellent communication skills and comfort giving/receiving constructive feedback.
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and take initiative.

Responsibilities

Brand & Visual Storytelling: Create digital ad campaigns and social media graphics that drive engagement.
Develop sales collateral including one‑pagers, case studies, comparison tables, presentations, and product sheets.
Design trade show materials (booth graphics, banners, handouts).
Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Website & Digital Experience: Evolve UI/UX on Webflow website to improve user experience and conversion.
Design landing pages, CTAs, and visual elements that support demand generation campaigns.
Create graphics and visual assets for blog posts and gated content.
Collaboration & Execution: Partner with marketing leadership and subject matter experts to translate technical concepts into accessible visuals.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with varying deadlines and stakeholders.
Iterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining high creative standards.
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, templates, and asset libraries.
Take initiative on creative improvements and proactively suggest visual enhancements.
