Flow is seeking a hands-on visual storyteller to shoot and edit video and photography for the brand, buildings, and communities. You’ll collaborate with the Marketing Team to plan, capture, and produce content for digital, social, print, signage, and events.

This is an end-to-end role: drone flights, in-the-air footage, and editing desk. At Flow, brand is foundational; you’ll craft mobile-first visuals that evoke emotion, maintain consistency, and push creative storytelling across channels in

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of professional videography/photography content creation.
• Active FAA Part 107 drone license with hands-on flight experience.
• Strong portfolio including short-form social content and aerial work.
• Expert editing in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop.

Responsabilités

• Shoot and edit high-quality video and photography for marketing and branding materials.
• Operate a drone for aerial footage of properties and surroundings.
• Produce short-form content (Reels/TikTok) and longer brand films.
• Capture interiors, exteriors, amenities, and team content.
• Collaborate on concepts, shot lists, and storyboards.
• Manage full production workflow from pre-production to delivery.
• Organize and maintain a content library and ensure brand consistency.
• Stay updated on trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.
