Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality photography and video from concept to delivery.
• Experience creating visual stories for digital and social platforms.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects).
• Experience managing social media accounts and platform-specific content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with professional camera systems, lighting, and audio.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative.
• Portfolio demonstrating excellence in photography, videography, editing, storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Envision, produce, capture, edit, and distribute photo/video content.
• Act as primary visual storyteller and social media coordinator.
• Oversee day-to-day management and growth of college social media.
• Develop platform-specific social media strategies and campaigns.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, students, and partners on storytelling.
• Produce short-form videos, reels, event photography, and promos.
• Ensure content aligns with brand standards and accessibility.
