Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of marketing and graphic design experience.
• Strong proficiency in graphic design fundamentals: layout, typography, brand consistency.
• Experience managing social media, websites, and email campaigns.
• Familiarity with Generative AI design tools (e.g., Photoshop Generative Fill, Adobe Firefly).

Responsibilities

• Graphic design for firm collateral and marketing materials to support BD and communications.
• Website updates, blog posts, project pages; social media graphics and campaigns.
• Design proposals and presentations using InDesign; create engaging slides in Google Slides.
