Job summary

You will work with instructors and students, manage tool checkout, and help implement consistent course delivery across CVAD Foundations programs while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and two years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to plan and prioritize work and collaborate with colleagues.
• Knowledge of safety and security practices related to studio environments.

Responsibilities

• Studio Operations, Safety, and Instructional Support: provide operational support for Foundations classes and studios, ensure safety and readiness.
• Program Operations and Academic Support: coordinate resources and documentation in Canvas, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
• Records Management and Assessment: maintain systems for documentation and course outcomes.
• Budget, Purchasing, Inventory, and Resource Management: handle purchasing and inventory for instructional equipment.
• Administrative Coordination and Program Communications: support instructor hours, scheduling, and communications.
• Other Duties as Assigned: assist with special projects, exhibitions, and program events.
