Responsibilities

• Establish behavioral rules and maintain classroom order.
• Organize, lead, and promote interest in arts activities (visual art, fashion, painting, drawing, photography, digital media).
• Organize performance groups and direct rehearsals.
• Set clear lesson objectives and communicate them to students.
• Assess interests, adapt activities to student needs, prepare materials.
• Explain techniques and safety procedures; demonstrate use of materials and equipment.
• Evaluate activities to ensure desired results; adapt methods as needed.
• Support progressive development toward final projects.
