Qualifications

• Ability to teach music theory in age-appropriate group classes.
• Confidently teach private instrument lessons (piano required).
• Guitar is strongly preferred; drums/violin/ukulele are a bonus.
• Comfortable teaching vocal lessons if qualified.
• Commitment to growth, consistency, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead group music theory classes for various age groups.
• Provide 1:1 piano and other instrument lessons.
• Prepare students for seasonal performances and evaluations.
• Engage students and families with clear communication.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop the program.
