Job summary

AmeriCorps VISTA in California is seeking a Technology Manager (Programs) to design sustainable, program-facing tech systems and internal reporting tools that improve data accuracy, workflows, and performance tracking.

You will build dashboards within the agency's CRM (Monday.com), define data metrics, and document scalable processes staff can maintain over time to support low-income and vulnerable populations.

Qualifications

• Some college education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design modules in the CRM (Monday.com) to track participants, demographics, and metrics by quarter.
• Design workflows for quarterly submissions by program staff.
• Create internal reporting templates and dashboards and document how staff can use and maintain them.
