Job summary

Ingenovis Health’s Vista division is seeking a Remote Search Recruiter to source, screen, and qualify candidates for priority searches. You will develop assessment skills and use sourcing resources to generate strong leads, following up within 24 hours and coordinating with consultants.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in customer service, strong organizational and communication abilities, and proficiency with MS Office and proprietary staffing software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; associates or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.
• Proficient in MS Office; able to learn proprietary software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to manage multiple tasks.
