Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc. is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead VA VistA, pharmacy, and modernization initiatives. You will drive roadmaps, milestones, budgets, and risk management while coordinating with VA leadership and delivery partners to ensure quality and compliance.

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, apply Scrum/SAFe, and mentor teams to deliver iterative improvements across complex healthcare systems for Veterans Affairs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing software development, modernization, or application-support projects for the Department of Veterans Affairs.
• Experience managing project schedules, milestones, budgets, scope, risks, dependencies, and change control across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Knowledge of VA VistA applications and the VistA software development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methods, including Scrum or SAFe.
• Ability to coordinate requirements analysis, solution planning, development, testing, implementation, and post-release activities.
• Ability to communicate project status, risks, dependencies, corrective actions, and delivery readiness to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
