Job summary

Sustaining Way in Greenville, SC seeks AmeriCorps VISTA Leaders to strengthen anti-poverty programs across Nicholtown and nearby communities. The role focuses on developing onboarding, mentoring, and knowledge transfer systems to boost member readiness and retention.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Experience building onboarding, mentoring, or professional-development systems is a plus.
Ability to design and document processes for program improvement.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement onboarding, peer communication, mentoring, and professional-development systems to strengthen member readiness and retention.
Create a standardized system for VAD progress, impact documentation, member feedback, and continuous improvement for sponsors.
Strengthen recruitment, candidate engagement, onboarding readiness, and continuity through consistent outreach and knowledge-transfer processes.
