AmeriCorps VISTA Leader in Billings, MT, leads poverty-alleviation initiatives and supports the growth of a regional VISTA network. You will guide Volunteers and project staff, coordinate orientations and trainings, and help design sustainable systems to expand service delivery.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and community impact, with a focus on economic opportunity, education, health, and veterans affairs. This is a full-time, on-site position in Montana.

Qualifications

• College graduate with strong community service orientation.
• Experience coordinating volunteers or programs is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead poverty-relief initiatives and strengthen local infrastructure in Billings.
• Coordinate events, orientations, and trainings for AmeriCorps VISTA Volunteers and staff.
• Support recruitment operations and build a collaborative, community-focused culture.
