Think Tank, Inc. in Ohio is seeking a dedicated Change Leader Alliance VISTA to support community development and poverty alleviation efforts in the Springfield and Dayton region. You will help strengthen recruitment, outreach, onboarding, and storytelling to empower leaders with lived experience.

Join a mission-driven team that values authentic partnerships, robust fundraising, and impact materials such as annual reports while growing systems and tools for sustained community change.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen recruitment and engagement processes for individuals with lived experience of poverty.
• Create outreach and follow-up tools, support onboarding materials, and document pathways for leadership.
• Identify and connect with community partners across Clark, Champaign, Montgomery, and Greene counties.
• Develop tracking tools for partner outreach and document program impact materials.
