Job summary

National Park Service, Cabrillo National Monument in San Diego, is seeking a Recreation Fee Technician to manage fee revenue, donations, and related financial processes in accordance with Federal laws and regulations.

You will be a front-line, uniformed representative assisting visitors with fee information, safety notices, and directions, while helping track and restock fee program supplies and coordinate requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Answer visitor questions and explain recreational opportunities at Cabrillo National Monument.
• Review and verify the functionality of fee-related systems and procedures under regulatory requirements.
• Provide formal and informal training to employees, volunteers, and partners on fee processes and tools.
