Responsibilities

• Manages park-wide revenue programs and provides guidance on commercial and non-commercial fee collections.
• Administers and oversees the Concessions and Commercial Use Authorization programs, including prospectus, application and annual report review.
• Supervises the recreation fee collection program and ensures proper handling and reporting of funds.
• Develops and implements security measures to protect collected funds and oversees secure transport.
• Coordinates with regional offices to maintain financial integrity, conducts audits, and resolves accounting discrepancies.
