MASS MoCA in North Adams, MA seeks a Visitor Experience Coordinator to provide administrative support across the Visitor Experience umbrella while serving as a front-facing ambassador. The role involves coordinating tours, answering inquiries, and helping plan events and outreach to engage diverse audiences.

Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and skilled at building relationships with visitors of all ages. Flexible hours include evenings, holidays, and festivals as needed.

• Confident and articulate professional with strong communication skills.

• Excellent communicator and relationship builder, able to engage visitors of all ages.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service to museum guests, members and colleagues.
• Assist with planning and coordinating tours and special events, including after-hours.
• Coordinate logistics, edit/distribute materials and communicate events across VE.
• Develop outreach strategies to attract new visitors and re-engage past audiences.
• Assist with marketing of itineraries, packages and materials for target audiences.
• Analyze visitor data using Tessitura and surveys to inform engagement efforts.
• Learn Tessitura operations to manage reservations, payments and reports.
• Support box office during large events and track gallery brochure stocks.
