Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing information about Austin and things to do, gift shop products and services.
• Offer suggestions based on customer needs and preferences.
• Provide excellent service by handling inquiries, purchases, and returns with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing store layout.
• Restock shelves and displays, ensure proper labeling and pricing.
• Process sales transactions using the POS system.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and ensuring stock levels.
• Regularly clean and sanitize the store, including gift shop and coffee bar.
• Ensure supplies are stocked (napkins, cups, lids) and coordinate with team for smooth operations.
• Assist with events, promotions, or seasonal displays.
• All other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Greet and assist customers, providing information about Austin and things to do as well as gift shop products and services.
• Offer suggestions based on customer needs and preferences.
• Provide excellent service by handling customer inquiries, purchases, and returns with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Gift Shop Operations:

• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing store layout.
• Restock shelves and displays as needed, ensuring products are properly labeled and priced.
• Process sales transactions using the POS system.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving new shipments and ensuring accurate stock levels.

Maintain Store Cleanliness:

• Regularly clean and sanitize the store, including both the gift shop area and coffee bar.
• Ensure that all areas are stocked with necessary supplies, such as napkins, cups, and lids.
• Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive customer experience.
• Assist with special events, promotions, or seasonal displays as needed.
• All other duties as assigned in each job function.
