Americare is seeking an experienced Home Health RN to join our visiting nurse team. This Fee for Service RN position offers flexibility and the autonomy to manage your own schedule while delivering compassionate care in patients' homes.

You will work closely with patients and families, educate the community, and contribute to reducing hospitalizations by focusing on long-term recovery and quality of life.

Qualificações

• Must have NYS RN license.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent clinical skills.
• Basic knowledge of office applications (Outlook, Word, printing and scanning).
• Home Care (CHHA) experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Visit patients as a Fee for Service RN.
• Schedule based on availability and your schedule.
• Educate patients and families, help prevent hospitalizations and improve quality of life.

Conhecimentos
