You will develop syllabi, organize and revise course materials, use online discussions and tools, model clear communication, publish objectives and grading schemes, ensure exam content aligns with objectives, provide timely feedback, and

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree with 18 graduate credit hours in the subject being taught.
• Transcripts must be uploaded with application.
• Degrees must be awarded by an accredited institution recognized by US DOE or CHEA.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development in instructional technology, digital literacy, and responsible AI practices.
• Faculty must have subject matter expertise and outstanding communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and provides students with an approved DeVry University syllabus that follows a campus template and includes terminal course objectives.
• Organizes, prepares, and regularly revises and updates all course materials.
• Uses appropriate online technologies and course software, including websites and discussions, to make content accessible.
• Models clear oral and written communication to engage students and improve learning.
• Publishes course objectives, assignment/examinations dates, and weight distributions for evaluations.
• Ensures exam content aligns with terminal objectives.
• Provides timely feedback and maintains fair grading practices.
• Embraces responsible AI in the classroom to enhance outcomes.
• Recognizes and addresses appropriate and inappropriate AI tool use by students.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
