Job summary

Compleat KiDZ is seeking a Visiting BCBA in North Carolina for a 6 months to 1 year assignment. You will maintain direct caseloads, support remote BCBAs, and collaborate with families, learners, and BTs/RBTs while serving as the on-site clinical leader and mentor.

The role requires active BCBA certification, a master's degree in ABA or related field, and NC licensure or eligibility. A flexible schedule with some work-from-home opportunities is offered, along with relocation assistance and

Qualifications

Active BCBA certification.
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
NC licensure or eligibility to obtain before start.
Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
Excellent assessment, documentation, and case management abilities.
Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Maintain a direct caseload of learners.
Support remote BCBAs to ensure continuity of care.
Collaborate with families, learners, and BTs/RBTs.
Serve as the on-site clinical leader-training, mentoring, and managing BTs/RBTs.
